Termination of the user


Terminate is a feature that can only be used by Administrators.

This feature functions to terminate user access who is no longer working at the company, so that user will not be able to access the CTMS.

Terminate feature can also be used for other cases as long as it's still appropriate.

Terminated users cannot request an OTP from CTMS to be able to access CTMS again, only administrators can restore user access to CTMS.


Steps to terminate the user


Login to CTMS as Administrator


Click User Management




Click the 3 dots button on the user that you will terminate




Click CTMS User Setting




Scroll down, tick on Terminate and give reason for the action then click SAVE



Please Note

Lock Reason and Terminate Reason will not appear at login page notification, only for administrator internal note
