Submit Concreting Checklist

Login to CTMS

Click Conduct Site Inspections at SITE INSPECTION menu

Click + button beside calendar of Site Inspection

In the Select Template list, select Concreting Checklist

Fill in the required information, Location, Remark location,  and Attach Reinforcement Bending Schedule (Optional)

Fill in the checklist related to Inspection. You can attach a checklist Steel Reinforcement Checklist and Formwork Checklist that have been verified or completed in the orange box section.

Fill in the other required checklists, then click the side arrow to move to the next page

An option will appear whether you need a Cube test or not, if you select Yes, a question with an orange box will appear, if No, then continue with the Signature, click the SUBMIT button and Select next User for Verification.
