Route to next user

To change or add the next user who will be in charge of submitting the form

Users who can update Route To are:
  1. Creator Form/PTW
  2. Administrator from the Creator (subcon)
  3. Maincon Admin
  4. Last Submitter Form

A. Route to in the Records Page


1. Click on Apply HSSE PTW menu




2. Click the folder icon




3. Click the 3 dots button on the form that you want to update or add next user



4. Click on Route To



5. You can change user or add a new user for next submitter, then click SAVE button




6. Next user successfully updated





B. Route To in the Detail Plan PTW

1. Click on Apply HSSE PTW



2. Click on your PTW Plan




3. Scroll down and click the 3 dots button in the PTW Main Form




4. Click Route To menu




5. Update the next user submitter, then click the SAVE button




6. Route To next user successfully updated
