Request OTP to unlock the suspended account

When your account is suspended, there may be 3 reasons;


  1. You are not logged in or inactive in CTMS for more than 30 days
  2. You entered the wrong password for 5 times when logging in
  3. Your account has been suspended by the CTMS administrator in your company


To be able to access and login to CTMS again, follow the steps below






Click on "SEND OTP CODE TO MY EMAIL" button







Open your email and look for the email from CTMS





Copy the OTP CODE





Back to CTMS and paste the OTP code and then click SUBMIT OTP




Your account successfully unlocked!, now you able to login to CTMS again.
