How to Register New Asset

How to Register New Asset

  1. Go to Data Setup


  2. Choose Inventory asset menu

     


  3. Click button “Register New Asset"


  4. For image, click “CHANGE”


  5. Select image and then click “open”




  6. Fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*)
    1. Registration Date : Auto fill with that day's date
    2. Equipment Name : Name of asset
    3. Type : Type of asset
    4. Model No : Model no of asset
    5. Serial No : Serial no of asset



  7. And fill in the fields that are not marked with an asterisk (*) as needed


  8. Click Save, the Assets are already registered in Collie
