Confirm and Conduct Inspection Request - Found Issue (by RE)

1. Click the link on the telegram notification you received
   

      

1. Scroll down and click on CONFIRM
   

      

1. Choose the person who will do the inspection, if you are yourself please choose your name then click CONFIRM.
   

      

1. Click the FINDINGS button, on the inspection you have confirmed.
   

      

1. Click the Inspection Checklist

1. Fill in the date and time, do checking, then click TO RECTIFY
   

      

1. Fill the comment, fill in signature, then click TO RECTIFY
   

      

1. Click "CONFIRM INSPECTION OUTCOME"

      

1. The comments that you have filled in the checklist form will appear on this page, then fill in your signature and click TO RECTIFY.
   

*If the situation has an issue but is still tolerable, then you can press the Proceed With Work button.

1. A notification to take corrective action will be sent to the PE, you can see the corrective action list from the PE by clicking the "CORRECTIVE ACTIONS" button
