1. Enter search criterias

• Search for medical certificate by patient using the search module

  Go to 'Search' Select the drop-down 'patient' and select the 'medical certificate' tab toggle off 'search between' if there is no specified date search for the 'patient name' and click on 'search'

• Check patient subsidy details

  select 'queue' icon add patient to queue select patient go to their 'personal info' module go to the 'subsidy' tab to see patient subsidy

• Check a patient's credit and deposit

  Click on ' Current Patient ' Deposit: deposit received and pending for apply CN: credit note total amount and pending for apply Total useable credit:
