Add Operation

1. select patient from queue
   

1. go to the 'operation' page
   

1. click on the 'add' icon to add new operation
   

1. check if user has deposit or not and add in 'operation date'
   

1.  enter in combined medication, depending on what medication was assigned, medication will be automatically assigned
   

1. operation record will be added to active procedures accordingly
