Add new diagnosis

1. In Vanda Manager, Click Settings
   

1. Under Registration, click on Diagnosis

1. Click Add

1. Input Code, Description, Section, and SubSection. Tick 'Is Active' to activate upon creation. Save.

  

1. New diagnosis will appear in the drop down list in Vanda Clinic's Diagnosis page under Personal information
