Add new anaesthetic and operation record

1. select patient from queue
   

1. go to the 'operation' page
   

1. click on the three dot menu under 'actions'
   

1. click on 'Anaesthetic'
   

1. fill in details
   

1.  'operation type' is made in settings
   

1. enter any 'special orders' as free text here

1. click 'save' to save the record
   

1. the record will be saved
