  1. Click on   ' Queue   '

  1. Click   √   to select patient

  1. click on ' + allergy ' on the right




  1. fill in allergy details


  1. click on ' save '

  1. allergy onset date, type, allergy, reactions will be added in the NEHR portal under  allergy / ADR in patient dashboard
